The SHOPCO USA Installation Department provides customers with a complete, end-to-end solution by ensuring every cabinet and shelving system is installed with precision and professionalism.

Department Leadership

Led by Ron Ducote, who reports directly to Sam Glenney, the department is built around a team of experienced installation professionals. The team includes 10 Installation Managers, supported by four additional part-time installers who assist during periods of higher project volume. This structure allows SHOPCO to scale its installation capabilities to meet customer needs across projects of any size.

Trained and Ready

Our installation teams are fully trained in the proper installation of all SHOPCO cabinets and shelving systems, allowing us to confidently deploy crews anywhere in the United States. For regional projects, the department utilizes two dedicated pickup trucks for efficient deployment. For projects further from our headquarters, our teams travel by air to ensure timely and professional installations nationwide.

Whether installing a single fixture package or completing a large-scale retail rollout, the SHOPCO Installation Department is equipped to deliver consistent quality and dependable service.
